This is one of a series of videos produced for the arts and cultural department of South Norfolk Council. It features highlights of a series of musical events on the Broads during the summer of 2004.

Such activities are grant-funded, and the Council, a UK local authority, has found these videos to be a vital way of documenting events. The videos are used both to report-back to the funding body and as evidence of past achievements when applying for future funding.

And of course - produced with EV's customary flare and attention to detail - they stand in their own right as a record of a series of memorable occasions.
